Animal Hold Program

To ensure availability of a specific animal, a non-refundable fee of $20.00, along with an approved Dreampower Animal Rescue (DAR) application, will guarantee DAR's hold on a specific animal through 1 p.m. on the available adoption date. This fee non-refundable, non-transferable donation to DAR serves the sole purpose of placing the specified animal on hold. If the animal becomes unavailable due to health or behavioral issues, DAR may transfer the fee to an available animal or refund it. 

This program applies only to animals 6 weeks of age or older. (State law requires that puppies & kittens be a minimum of 8 weeks of age at adoption.)

Please note that, whether or not you adopt the pet you have requested, DAR will use your donation for the continued support of all animals in our care and our programs in this community.
